Currency exchange websites announced on Saturday, May 2nd, that the US dollar price in Iran's free market exceeded 183,000 tomans. The dollar has crossed the 180,000 toman threshold while on Wednesday, April 29th, the US dollar price in Iran's free market was announced at around 171,000 tomans. This is considered the highest recorded dollar price in Iran. Meanwhile, the euro price reached 215,000 tomans, and the pound also crossed 249,000 tomans.
