(Related to the Ali Khani Square case in Isfahan) He had previously been scheduled to be executed at dawn on Tuesday, 6 Mordad 1405, alongside his cousin Abolfazl Sepahi (his sister’s husband) and Amirhossein Safari Hosseinabadi. However, before he could be transferred to the execution site, he suffered a stroke and was taken to hospital due to the severity of his condition. He was executed on 13 Mehr 1405.

(مربوط به پرونده‌ی میدان علیخانی اصفهان) پیش‌تر قرار بود بامداد سه‌شنبه، ۶ مرداد ۱۴۰۵، همراه با پسرعمویش ابوالفضل سپاهی(همسر خواهرش) و امیرحسین صفری حسین‌آبادی اعدام شود، اما پیش از انتقال به محل اجرای حکم دچار سکته شد و به‌دلیل وخامت وضعیت جسمانی به بیمارستان انتقال یافت. او را ۱۳ مهر ۱۴۰۵ اعدام کردند.
