First video received with description: "Around 9:30 PM, the sound of an explosion was heard from inside the #Joint_Army_Headquarters. Hashmatiyeh #Tehran tonight, February 6th" At 10:31 PM, Mehr News Agency affiliated with the Islamic Propaganda Organization, quoting the spokesperson of Tehran Fire Department, wrote that around 7 PM there had been a fire in a carpentry shop on Qudousi Street which they extinguished. Mehr News Agency used photos for this news that had been published on social media with descriptions about the Joint Army Headquarters, and it appears they were all published after 9:30 PM. Of course, apparently there was an old photo among them too. In any case, the sender of this video insisted that the explosion occurred around 9:30 PM. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic released images of the Islamic Republic's negotiating delegation being dispatched to the location for talks with America in Muscat.
