@ VahidOOnLine 📡 @VahidOnline

Donald Trump, speaking to the Financial Times on Tuesday, dismissed speculation that Washington would decide to escalate its military confrontation with the Islamic Republic of Iran after the congressional midterm elections, insisting that the United States “has no immediate plans to attack Iran.” Referring to Washington’s view that the current situation with Tehran is “satisfactory,” the U.S. president said: “It seems we’re getting everything we wanted.” Responding to signals from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu suggesting an imminent attack in the coming days, he added: “I’m ready, we’re ready. We’re fully prepared and armed if necessary, but there may be no reason to do it.” The U.S. president said that, given the damage already inflicted on infrastructure, he did not consider Washington to be in a “real war” with Tehran like the world wars. He also said indirect negotiations over Iran’s stockpile of enriched uranium were continuing, and stated: “Although this material is buried under hundreds of tons of rock, I’m not happy that it’s there.” @ VahidOOnLine The U.S. president said: “It seems we’re getting everything we want.” Trump told the Financial Times that more oil is now passing through the Strait of Hormuz—the vital route for transporting crude oil from the Persian Gulf—than before the war, and that the U.S. blockade of Iranian ports is also successfully weakening Tehran’s economy. Describing the situation as “fantastic,” he added that the United States is “not really” at war with Iran. On Iran’s enriched uranium, Trump said: “Although this material is buried under hundreds of tons of rock, I have to say I’m not happy that it’s still there.” He said: “So, this is one of the issues we’re discussing. But, you know, we’re negotiating, and we’ll see how it turns out.” @ VahidOOnLine 📡 @VahidOnline
