@ VahidHeadline 📡 @VahidOnline

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian described the memorandum of understanding signed between Tehran and Washington as “the result of the collective wisdom of the members of the Supreme National Security Council,” writing: “We must strive to compel the enemy to honor what it has signed.” On Sunday, 11 Mordad, Pezeshkian wrote on X: “The memorandum of understanding that was signed was the result of the collective wisdom of the members of the Supreme National Security Council, and all members support it. I believe this memorandum will be the focal point of our foreign relations in the future. We must strive to compel the enemy to honor what it has signed. This memorandum will enhance the security of our country, the region, and our allies.” Meanwhile, Israel’s Channel 12, citing informed sources, reported that regional countries are mediating efforts to bring the United States and Iran back to a memorandum of understanding signed by the two sides last month. According to the report, the proposed agreement would keep the Strait of Hormuz open for 60 days without tolls and extend the ceasefire between Tehran and Washington. Channel 12 reported that the previous memorandum fell apart over disagreements about how to manage the Strait of Hormuz: Donald Trump insisted the waterway remain fully open, while Tehran believed the agreement allowed the Islamic Republic to determine the route ships could take. @ VahidHeadline 📡 @VahidOnline
