با این حال، سطح کلی دسترسی همچنان در حدود ۲ درصد شرایط عادی باقی مانده و نشانهای از بازگشت گسترده اینترنت مشاهده نمیشود.

However, overall access levels remain at around 2 percent of normal conditions, and there are no signs of widespread internet restoration.
Experts say this limited increase only covers a small portion of government infrastructure and specific networks, while general public access remains almost completely blocked.
Iran's internet blackout is one of the longest communication restrictions in recent years and has alarmed human rights organizations and internet freedom advocates.

The leader of the Islamic Republic says he has no intention of taking the country toward war but will not let "internal criminals" go free. Ali Khamenei also admitted to the killing of "several thousand people" during widespread protests across Iran.
In a public speech on Saturday, January 17th, Ali Khamenei called the widespread protests in Iran an "American sedition" and claimed to have extinguished it, saying "America must be held accountable." He emphasized: "We have no intention of taking the country toward war, but we will not let internal criminals go free either."
Earlier on January 13th, Donald Trump, the US President, had warned that if the Islamic Republic carried out its threats to execute detained protesters, it would face "very serious action" from the United States. A day later, he announced that he had been informed Iran had canceled the executions and the killing of protesters had stopped.
On Friday evening, Trump also wrote: "I have great respect for the fact that all the planned executions, which were supposed to take place yesterday (over 800 cases), have been canceled by Iran's leadership. Thank you!"
In today's statements, the leader of the Islamic Republic also described a group of protesters as people who had no connection to Israel and intelligence services but were "excited by lies," adding: "This group also killed several thousand people."
