A bus carrying workers from the Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex overturned on the morning of Saturday, 21 Shahrivar, leaving one person dead and 38 injured. Seyed Mohsen Mor thezavi, head of Rafsanjan’s Emergency Medical Center, confirmed the report and said the 38 injured had been taken to hospital for treatment. “Yasin Mahmoudi, a 16-year-old from Rafsanjan in Kerman Province, was killed by direct gunfire from government forces during public protests in the city. According to IranWire, Yasin Mahmoudi was shot by government forces on Friday, 19 Dey 1404, on Taleghani Street, at the entrance to Amir Kabir Junction in Rafsanjan. HRANA reported that Ahmadi, Boshra Mostafavi, and Elna Naeimi were arrested on Saturday, April 25, 2405 [2025], to serve their prison sentences and were transferred to Kerman County Prison. Boshra Mostafavi is currently pregnant. These three citizens had previously been sentenced to four months in prison each by the Seventh Branch of Kerman Province's Court of Appeals. They were tried on May 14, 2404 [2024] on charges of "propaganda in favor of groups or organizations opposed to the Islamic Republic system." Hengaw reported that the appeals court judge, during the case proceedings, addressed these individuals with a discriminatory approach, saying: "You are Baháʼí and in an Islamic country you must pay the price for being Baháʼí."
