سمنان(Semnan)

مریم اکبری منفرد، زندانی سیاسی، پس از ۱۷ سال زندان بدون حتی یک روز مرخصی، از زندان آزاد شد. مریم اکبری منفرد که از خانوادهٔ قربانیان اعدام‌های زندانیان دههٔ ۱۳۶۰ است، سال ۱۳۸۸ بازداشت شد؛ دادگاه انقلاب او را به اتهام «محاربه و اقدام علیه امنیت ملی» به ۱۵ سال زندان محکوم کرد. قرار بود این حبس ۱۵ ساله، مهر ۱۴۰۳ در زندان سمنان به پایان برسد، اما این زندانی سیاسی در زندان به اتهام «تبلیغ علیه نظام» به دو سال حبس دیگر محکوم شد. بر اساس آیین‌نامهٔ سازمان زندان‌ها، محکومانی که یک‌سوم دورهٔ حبس‌شان را گذرانده باشند، می‌توانند از مرخصی استفاده کنند. مریم اکبری منفرد، اما ۱۷ سال در زندان‌های اوین، سمنان و قرچک محبوس و محروم از مرخصی بود. @ VahidHeadline 📡 @VahidOnline
